We are seeking a Technical Senior Project Manager manage aspects of a Cyber Security program of projects.  In this role you will use your leadership skills to manage all aspects of the implementation of assigned technology and cyber security projects. The specific focus is on OT Network and Cyber Security such as implementation of OT Landing Zones and driving implementation of several Cyber Security related capabilities related to risk management, security monitoring, and incident detection/response.

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional License.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing technical projects in Operational Technology with increasing responsibility, size, and complexity as reflected in the size of project, cost of the project, size of project team, depth and breadth of project manager role and responsibility, span of project impact (i.e., enterprise-wide, multi-departmental, or having a major market or external impact). 
• Compliance / NERC experience.
• High Availability experience.
• Excellent skills and ability to influence stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure; adept at moving executive and senior management to action. 
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Office products. 
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technology tools used for daily productivity. 

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with managing specific technologies / software outlined.
• Experience with technology and Cyber Security projects with Electrical Utility.
• BA or advanced degree relevant to Management Information Systems, Systems Development, Project Management, or equivalent alternative.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Masters’ degree with Project Management specialization.
• Agile project management methodology.
• Experience writing request for proposal (RFPs) and working with third party vendors in the acquisition or development of solutions.
• Experience with procurement, contracting, negotiating vendor statements of work and managing vendor teams.  
• Experience employing organizational change management practices within technology implementation projects.
