Partner with the best
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managers who have responsibility across multiple job families (eg. Quality Assurance & Quality Control). Have direct reports (or dotted line reports). Should be used for regional or product line scope.
- Does not include P&L, Sector, or headquarters level leaders (eg Quality Leader for Renewables or Renewable Energy).
- Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
- Leads design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month - 2 years time horizon

To be successful in this role you must have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Quality Management.
Prior Leadership/Management experience
ISO 9001 preferred
