About this role:
The Senior Treasury Analyst is a critical member of the Loan Pledging and Securitization team. This individual will support both the Loan Pledging and Securitization effort, focusing on existing and future pledging and securitization platforms as well as performing and implementing activities related to the governance and operational risk framework.
The Senior Treasury Analyst will assist in managing aggregation and analysis of information, meeting reporting requirements, monitoring risks and controls and assisting with internal and external audits. The Senior Treasury Analyst will also be an integral part of the team’s securitization program and control environment and will provide a credible challenge to relevant participants in the reporting processes.
In this role, you will:
Partner with loan pledging and securitization team to ensure deliverables are completed in compliance with policy, compliance and regulatory requirements
Assist with internal and external audits and respond to audit and/or regulatory inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate and document reviews to assess control effectiveness and efficiency of pledging and securitization processes
Construct data use cases for pledging and securitization portfolio analytics including reporting and monitoring
Prepare presentations for executive leadership, investors, rating agencies and regulatory agencies as needed
Maintain and improve operational risk framework and/or governance programs for loan pledging and securitization
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working with large data sets for analysis and optimization
Experience with commercial loans in an operations, audit, or loan documentation capacity
Experience in external or internal audit processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and operate in a complex and matrixed environment
Proficiency with analytical tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft tools
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
