The Skills You Bring
- Five or more years of UX design experience
- Expertise in UX software such as Figma, Adobe Access, Sketch, InVision and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet business needs and vision.
- Shown understanding of standard methodologies in accessible web UX design
- A proven grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
- Is passionate about collaborating closely with teams and other partners via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Is willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
- Is open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
- Translating concepts into mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Helping product requirements by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
- Crafting and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
- Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.
- Collaborating with team members and business partners.
- Taking smart risks and nurturing new insights.
