Social Worker - Community Health

MUST:
Experienced Social Worker - School-based Therapist
5 plus years of behavioral health experience
3 years of mental health experience
Develop treatment plans
Follow rules of confidentiality
Conduct treatment assessments
work closely with school officials
attend weekly meeting
LGSW or LGPC required, LICSW or LPC is preferred
Master's degree in social work, or other relevant field
DUTIES:
Promote behavioral health
provide health crisis intervention
Assist families with referral services
Maintain timely records
