Primary Responsibilities:

  • Using the SCRUM framework and AGILE principles this person is a key member of an assigned, brand-specific Digital Engagement Team, and is responsible for delivering, optimizing and measuring HCP or patient media plans to schedule work and manage delivery of work., (will train on AGILE).

  • Provide project support on key initiatives defined by architect lead on the team.

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (third-party media vendors) and media agency partners, to deploy media/activation plans, and ensure proper on-time implementation.

  • Track performance of HCP and/or patient media plans and regularly optimize performance based on agreed-to KPIs,

  • Support the development of and delivery of the digital measurement strategy & plan.

  • Communicate the media analytics & measurement plan to ensure that assets, tagging, and systems are in place upstream in order to deliver the necessary data to optimize and measure plan.

  • Work directly within systems/tools to pull or analyze media performance data and/or work with support groups to have those reports and insights provided.

  • Perform and/or support in-depth analyses of consumer/customer level engagement and other data sets to help discover insights and support recommendations and decisions about channel and tactical choices, both in-flight and for next campaign.

  • Participate in Architect Chapter and its Community of Practice to share learnings and best practices with others.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital media (HCP and/or Consumer) campaign deployment or in comparable area(s).Emphasis on digital media strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business results a plus.

  • Strong ability to search for insights in media and engagement data and deliver implications and socialize key insights through persuasive story-telling which brings meaningful and actionable context to drive more data-informed decision making with marketing stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated understanding of business concepts.

  • Can easily build partnerships and networks to help oneself learn, and tackle problems.

  • Innovative mindset with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk taking.

  • Ability to contribute to complex projects/solutions with hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

  • Able to work effectively in a close team environment, resolve conflict and collaborate with others to drive team successes.

  • Able to perform with executional excellence and ensure accuracy and quality of work.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Some experience with advanced marketing capabilities (i.e., marketing automation, campaign management, channel optimization, analytics platforms, sales force tools, digital/AI recommendation engines, etc.).

  • Experience with Agile Team methodology a plus

  • Understanding of compliance-related concepts that govern pharmaceutical marketing and sales activities.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Work Location(s):

  • Hybrid work arrangement.3 days per week on-site in Upper Gwynedd, PA office required.
