Full Job Description
Leading Real Estate company is looking for a full-time Sr. Designer to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
MUST HAVES:
- Excellent print and digital design skills.
- Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Proficiency with Dropbox.
- Corporate design experience (real estate is ideal).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Experience designing custom logos.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to develop compelling visual concepts and design strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of a wide range of design projects, including but not limited to branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, signage, and digital assets (social, email, and web).
- Translate complex real estate concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics and infographics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.

Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
