Job Description

The Technology Architecture & Engineering Department is responsible for worldwide technical strategy, design, implementation, and top- level support for all core infrastructure. As part of TA&E, the End-User Computing Engineering group is responsible for maintaining all End-User platforms: Windows desktop, virtualized desktops (server and desktop hosted) and mobile devices.

Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential Functions:

Research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to address business challenges
Engineer and deploy to production technical solutions
Transition systems from Engineering to Hardware team by providing documentation and training to technical staff
Lead technical projects and sub projects across the department
Serve as subject matter expert and internal consultant to other technical staff and groups
Be the top- level responsible party for escalated support, working directly with external vendors and consultants to resolve issues.
Efficiently triage and prioritize tasks, projects and issues in a highly demanding environment
Any additional responsibilities as required by management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

7+ years of experience in information technology, 4+ years of experience in engineering, 3+ years of experience in technical subject matter

Expert knowledge in designing, deploying, and administering Mobile Device Management systems
Expert knowledge in building device profiles, deploying apps, and configuring and provisioning mobile devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Strong knowledge in configuring policies to enhance security on mobile devices, eg. Conditional Access, App Protection, etc
Expert knowledge of Apple iOS and iPadOS hardware and software products
Strong technical understanding of Android mobile devices
Advanced hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Volume Purchase Program (VPP), and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) to deliver mobile device provisioning, deployment, and support
Experience configuring and deploying user certificates to mobile devices for encryption and authentication
Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCEP/NDES, PKI, and certificate distribution
Understanding of supporting technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, Modern Authentication, networking, wireless, VPN, etc
Proven experience with large enterprise scale environments
Proven desire and ability to learn new technologies
Proven success in leading projects
Proven focus on customer service and business oriented thinking

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar field

Estimated salary range is $130,000 - $160,000. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
