As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you
will be responsible for overseeing and leading the field service operations.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful installation,
maintenance, and repair of our products and solutions at customer sites. You
will manage a team of field service technicians, coordinate service schedules,
and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong
customer relationships and driving the growth of our business.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and
effectiveness of our field service operations, ensuring that our customers
receive timely and high-quality service. You will play a key role in driving
customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as identifying opportunities for
service improvement and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the field service operations
- Lead a team of field service technicians and provide guidance and support
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely completion of service requests
- Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
The salary range for this position is $83,200 - $105,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
*Eligible for Sign-On Bonus
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in field service operations in HVAC or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
