As a Field Service Engineer 1 - Conveyor Systems /Electrical & Mechanical here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Mechanical Systems & Conveyor Components business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers
* Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions
* Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvementYOU MUST HAVE
* 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
* MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Ability to work multiple shifts as needed
WE VALUE
* Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)
* PLC experience preferred
* Previous customer service experience
