Your Opportunity as Sanitation Supervisor
Location: Arkadelphia, AR
Work Arrangements:
In this role you will:
- Plan and direct the activities of sanitation personnel during a work shift
- Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and prevent product contamination
- Conduct inspections and initiate corrective action as needed
- Pest control application as needed
- Ensure reports are properly maintained
- Evaluate job performance of sanitation personnel and take corrective action as needed
- Ensure proper training of sanitation personnel to follow work rules and procedures
- Assist in the daily evaluation of product quality to ensure compliance with established standards
- Ensure a safe operation in compliance with the corporate accident prevention program
- Comply with all collective bargaining agreements to foster positive employee relations
- Cooperate with engineering and production departments in the required maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Perform other duties relating to the efficient operation of the bakery as assigned

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
- Capable of teaching, training, and sharing technical knowledge to employees within operations.
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Understands GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Effective Oral and Written Communication
- Working computer knowledge specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
