In this role, you will perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's operations and storage plan. Work involves most of the following:
• Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents
• Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations
• Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
• Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials
• Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage
• Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment
• Must operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties, lift a minimum of 35lbs. and climb ladders
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of related experience
• Previous experience as a Stock Clerk or Supply Chain Tech Coordinator
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
• Must operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties, lift a minimum of 35 lbs. and climb ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
• DoD Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $44,500 - $74,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
