Workplace Enablement Process Owner
Overview
As a member of the Workplace Enablement team, the Process Owner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining processes across various domains, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with overall IT strategy. This role will cover the lifecycle processes for mobile and PC devices across the organization and invoice reconciliation across the Technology Organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and document enterprise-wide vision, strategy, and objectives for end-to-end asset management processes.
Establish, enhance, and communicate lifecycle processes for mobile and PC devices, including developing process flow diagrams and documentation.
Manage the methodologies and oversight for procurement, billing, and invoice reconciliation of materials and services.
Mentor team members on IT processes and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Define and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs) to measure process effectiveness and drive improvements.
Define content for periodic reports on process effectiveness, efficiency, and improvement areas, ensuring progress towards completing improvements.
Participate in budgeting, monthly accounting reviews, audits, financial analysis, and metrics regarding hardware assets and invoice reconciliation.
Collaborate with IT groups and key stakeholders across the organization to communicate strategy, gather feedback, and drive successful project outcomes.
Lead and manage change initiatives within the Technology Organization and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain relationships with vendors to maintain partnerships and drive service roadmaps.
Stay informed on industry research and current events and understand their impacts to the enterprise.
Regularly benchmark processes against best-in-class operators to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Occasional travel for internal meetings and vendor conferences.
Qualifications Technical Skills Required
Experience in managing technology assets and asset lifecycle management.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with data analytic tools, with major focus on Power BI
Experience in process improvement methodologies and tools.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data management and reconciliation skills.
Experience with project management and leading IT initiatives
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience managing IT asset lifecycle processes will be considered.
Minimum of two years’ experience managing budgets and conducting financial analyses.
Minimum of two years’ experience in implementing and improving processes that enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives
