YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

  • Develop a strategy to source candidates that may include a combination of advertising, contacting candidates directly, representing Pharmavite at recruiting events and other non-traditional and traditional sources.
  • Sources passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching and research.
  • Prescreen all applicants before they are sent to Hiring Mangers for consideration. Ensure all candidates meet the minimum requirements of the position.
  • Utilize behavioral-based interviewing techniques to screen candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through engagement and communication.
  • Work creatively with TA and internal stakeholders to support hiring initiatives.
  • Seek opportunities to improve productivity of the Recruitment function.
  • Achieve timely communication with candidates and internal customers. Provides ongoing feedback to the Recruiter on the candidate landscape that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations. Ensure all internal calls are returned within 1 business day. Ensure all external calls are returned within 2 business days.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business needs.
  • Collaboration with managers, HRBPs and the TA team to effectively develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow on specific open positions to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches. Manage multiple searches at any one time.
  • Identify business issues and recommend solutions to the team.
  • Manage recruitment administration/coordination for University and Internship programs, including community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Ensure EEO data is gathered within applicant tracking system.
    Create communications and collateral to promote upcoming recruiting events.
  • Maintain and track budgets for events and recruitment expenses.
  • Work 3 days a week onsite in West Hills, CA.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: 4-year college degree.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years related experience functioning in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources department.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Requires:

  • Proven success having personally sourced candidates using networking, social media, events, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other programs such as employee referrals, military and professional outreach, alumni database, and associates.
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills, specifically using social media and internet/Boolean search techniques.
  • Proficient/Advanced in Windows Office Suite - to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Working understanding of working with and maintaining department budgets.
  • Detail Oriented with an understanding of the importance of accuracy.
  • Client focus for internal and external constituents.
  • Understand the importance of good business relationships.
  • Has and understands the sense of urgency.
  • Ability to generate a high volume / high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lead with a system mindset that embraces transformation and change.
  • Foster a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to support others' activities as appropriate.

Physical Requirements:

General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about an office and travel between facilities.

Environment:

Exposure to disagreeable elements is negligible.

Safety:

Must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Supervisory Responsibility:

None.

Annual Pay Range:

$81,488.00 - $122,283, plus annual bonus target.
