Manage training schedules for the region & ensure proper coordination of new hire orientations, front & back office classes & clinical classes for Dental Assistants. Consult with offices on needed items to maintain office appearance & routine maintenance. Maintain proper financial accounting & adherence to approved budget for all expenses, in accordance with Company standards. Handle financial forecasting, as well as, current and future return on investments. Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on special projects assigned by CEO. $108,014.00 per year.
