We're seeking a Technical Project Manager for a hybrid freelance to full time opportunity. Candidates must be willing to work onsite Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in Woodland Hills.

MUST HAVES:
- 7+ years experience managing and/or implementing a DAM system
- Manager experience is required
- Strong print experience, working in a print workflow
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Adobe Dynamic Media
- Strong understanding of database systems, content modeling/architecture, metadata schemas, taxonomic structures, SEO best practices and accessibility standards
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee the DAM and Metadata/Taxonomy teams to actively manage their current capacity/backlog of product development and data entry to ensure a steady release and completion of the highest priority capabilities and features while continually reducing tech & content debt
- Evaluate requests from business stakeholders and enable team to translate needs into executable acceptance criteria that meet enterprise brand & technology standards and performance goals
- Accelerate content operations through workflow improvements and responsible AI innovation to increase efficiency and quality
- Use data and creative problem solving to address process, efficiency, or quality opportunities
- Assist the Director, Content Systems in managing enterprise-wide content architecture and automation initiatives, developing an in-depth understanding of the full content lifecycle and stakeholder

- Variable data printing experience
