As an Implementation Specialist you will handle the Operations Onboarding implementation strategy. You will be responsible for room scheduling, implementation, registration, and technology!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2+ years of experience coordinating programs, events, and projects.
- 2+ years of experience with a learning management system (LMS).
- Ability to establish rapport with managers and associates.
- Ability to navigate several software platforms and systems.
- Outstanding organizational skills when prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Your demonstrable experience in Microsoft Excel is required along with your ability to handle data efficiently.
- You cultivate a broad network of relationships through mutual assistance, support and sharing information.
- You establish partnerships to achieve strategic objectives.
- Your experience with hosting and facilitating virtual meetings (Zoom experience a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The Value You Deliver
- Handling class participant communications, including the training invitation, registration (build classes in the LMS and register associates) and pre-work materials.
- On-site support both on and off scheduled connect weeks for classroom sessions including meeting and escorting vendor instructors, ensuring classrooms are set up accurately, etc.
- Ensuring training room readiness (submitting and supervising tickets for tech/equipment issues and for training room configuration requests).
- Maintaining completion records and post-course feedback process.
- Pulling and manipulating data from the LMS to build periodic reporting using Excel.
- Maintaining relationships with business partners including staffing, site leadership, learning delivery directors, learning consultants, learning guides, technology team, catering, and facilities.
- Coordinating vendor logistics (for class materials, training facilities, vendor facilitator access, vendor completion reporting, vendor surveys, vendor guidelines, catering, contingency strategy for inclement weather, etc.).

The Implementation Specialist is part of the Operations group in Workplace Investing (WI) Talent & Learning. The team provides support for Talent & Learning associates so that they can meet the learning needs of our business partners. You will collaborate with others to maintain and implement courses and curriculums. This role is integral in helping build a flawless learner experience and a culture of continuous learning!
