The TLI Campus Experience Technician is responsible for the seamless transition of client experience in relation to programs and events while onsite at TLI. This includes audio visual, transportation services, and event and program space coordination at our 140,000 sq. ft. state of the art campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Oversee shuttle schedule and operation for guests and maintain ongoing maintenance, fueling, and licensing standards of company vehicle.
2. Ensure event logistics are executed based on banquet event order in partnership with TLI catering vendor, TLI Client Event Manager, and meeting/consultant contact.
3. Executing the event/program setup and breakdown.
4. Assist onsite team and guests with audio visual to include Microsoft TEAMS, Cisco Connectivity, Crestron panels, and other Truist approved platforms.
5. Manage the Assa Abloy key system and locks for the campus. Creating a process for master and staff keys.
6. Perform routine campus interior and exterior walks to include inspections of guest rooms, classrooms, and public spaces prior to guest arrivals. Complete repairs or workorders as applicable.
7. Perform basic maintenance tasks as necessary (to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting where facility management isn’t available, or items can’t be addressed). Learn TLI HVAC system to be able to troubleshoot issues in the moment to decrease guest impact.
8. Serve as manager on duty when respective departmental managers are not available.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in hospitality or event management, preferably in multiple property or full-service hotel environment.
2. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as seen necessary.
3. Demonstrated leadership ability.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
5. Ability to work with minimum supervision, performing multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to endure heavy physical labor, standing for 7+ hours, lift 50 pounds.
7. Strong quality orientation and organizational skills.
8. Demonstrated proficiency in Truist approved computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Cisco, and Assa Abloy.
9. Ability to deal discreetly with confidential or sensitive information.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with diverse people.
11. Logical and analytical thinking.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in opening and maintaining dual properties.
2. Experience with inspections and certifications related to hospitality.
3. Experience in banquet event management.
4. Experienced in various property management systems and the systems they interface with (I.e. Oracle, MICROS, Maestro, Amadeus, Assa Abloy)
5. Proficient in Truist audio visual standards and overall system connectivity.
6. ServeSafe certified
