Summary of Role:
This is a full-time exempt position that will be responsible for data gathering and timely marketing of all cases assigned to analyst by process deadlines, accuracy of final cost analysis, review of recommendations with client managers by agreed upon deadlines, maintain carrier contacts in salesforce, and overall vendor relationships (including dissemination of product information).
Principal accountabilities:
Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Calendar maintenance of marketing and analysis process
- Vendor relationships
- Data gathering from clients and carriers needed for RFP completion
- Scrubbing census and eligibility data where necessary
- Negotiation with vendors and final feedback to incumbents
- Ensure spreadsheets are reviewed for accuracy against current and requested contracts
- Contract comparison analysis where applicable
- Familiarity with core carrier contracts, polices and differentiators
- Communication to Employee Benefits team on relevant product deliverables
- Vendor accountability for quote accuracy
- Intermediate excel skills a requirement
- Maintain server with quotes/final quoted terms from vendors
- Maintain salesforce with accurate vendor contacts
- Assist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts
- Limited experience in self- funding medical plans necessary
- Effective negotiation skills with vendors
- Attendance at weekly Employee Benefits meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored events

- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power point
- Extremely high ability to learn software/technology quickly
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency in processing large amounts of information on an ongoing basis
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong aptitude for organization and prioritization
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in duties and responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits related Industry
- College graduate preferred
- PowerBI experience a plus.
Licensing/Certifications: Active Life and Health License preferred
Working Conditions: Will work in a climate-controlled office environment.
Physical Demand: Ability to sit at a computer for a long period of time as well in office. Duties require standing, walking, talking, sitting, and hearing.
