Partner with the best
The Global Material Leader will coordinate 5 global Valves AMC sites regarding Material Management and Fulfillment working with each site Plant Manager. This person will have interaction and exposure with Project Management, Finance, Engineering and Sourcing teams, synchronizing their needs with MFG ones to manage execution issues and avoid OTD impacts.
As the Global Material Leader, you will be responsible for:
- CoordinatingProject Management, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing and MFG teams during planning and execution for AMC Plants, both internally and externally, related to Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing activities.
- Coordinating-to-wing Material Management processes (such as Cyberplan, Demand Planning, Input/Output model, Inventory targets, S&OP) assuring consistency in all sites
- Taking a proactive role coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Project Management), to identify problems and provide solutions for any issues which may affect OTD project performance.
- Evaluating impact of Engineering Change Order and/ KIT OTD and take consequent actions.
- Collecting and analyzing data and information from company functions, identifying deviations from the original schedule and proposing corrective actions to Project Team
- Participating to S&OP for AMC as main Global MFG point of contact for other functions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 7+yrs of experience in Materials Planning and Execution
- Have an understanding of various control valve technologies and able to apply this knowledge to select the proper equipment for the industry or market
- Able to work in a Cross functional environment with High Level Exposure
- Have an excellent attitude to work in teams and coordinating cross-functional ones on a global basis
- Able to utilize and develop SAP
