About the Job:As a Liaison/VA in our Emergency and Critical Care department you will be responsible for:

Point of contact for communication between clients, doctors and support staff
Obtaining and reportingvitals, if needed
Recognizechanges in patient status and report to doctor
Counsel owners,prepare medications and discharge patients
Assisting support staff, if needed

Shift Information: 4-10 hour shifts or 3-12 hour shifts available (Noted shifts may be subject to change) Must be able to work weekends

About You:

Minimum of 3year of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting required. Experience in emergency/urgent care a plus.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.
Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
Provide basic veterinary assistant skills as needed
Excellent communicator, compassionate, empathetic and detail oriented.

Compensation: VA: $23 - $30 hour. shift differential may apply

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials
