This role will report to the Wholesale Strategic Director with responsibility for assisting in execution of Wholesale’s strategic plan and the administration of key operating routines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Wholesale’s strategy and top priorities and translate into relevant content for ongoing business operations and key routines (business review, townhall, Board materials)
• Serve as primary facilitator in the execution and project management of top priority initiatives within Wholesale to include defining logistics and approaches needed to operationalize business strategies, maintaining thorough project plans, and ensuring all participants are organized and aligned on execution plans; requires the ability to be a meaningful contributor to complex, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate performance and results
• Lead the development and execution against ad-hoc requests from the Chief Wholesale Banking Officer and the Head of Wholesale Strategic Execution and Business Management; generally related to gathering data to support decision making and preparing content to support targeted discussions.
• Own and facilitate the cohesive measurement of progress against top priority initiatives within Wholesale; involves creating standard process to track progress, facilitating monthly check-ins, and holding initiative owners accountable to their commitments.
• As part of tracking progress against initiatives, proactively understand strategic business goals, identify what data points are needed to inform how to achieve business goals (e.g., benchmarks, industry trends, internal operating and financial data), then gather and synthesize data to inform decision making and measure results.
• Proactively develop and train junior talent within the team to support their growth and learning curve.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
• 5-8 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
• Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in financial services / banking industry
• Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summarize
• Ability to lead by influence (relationship building).
• Knowledge of consumer / small business / direct banking
• MBA preferred
