We have an opening for a Manufacturing Reporting Intern this summer based in Arden Hills, MN. WinField Interns will attend intern orientation the first week of the internship in late May at headquarters in Arden Hills, MN. At the conclusion of summer interns will have the opportunity to deliver a final presentation on key deliverables to the WinField United leadership team at headquarters to be considered for potential full-time opportunities with WinField United following graduation.
Internship Duration: 11 weeks: May - August 2025
Interns are paid $24.00/hour. Relocation assistance may be provided to eligible candidates for the duration of the summer internship.
MANUFACTURER REPORTING
This team works directly with manufacturers, reporting grower sales data for rebate redemption. This role will have the opportunity to interface with different manufacturers and groups within WinField United. The role will analyze manufacturer reporting data to identify reporting trends and communicate findings to stakeholders. There are also opportunities for process improvement activities including analyzing current processes, documenting process flows and proposing improvements. Preferred skills include experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications:
Sophomore or Junior (preferred) undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in agriculture marketing, agriculture communications, agriculture business, agronomy, business analytics, or other related field of study.
Required GPA of 3.0 or higher
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills.
Manage time and effectively prioritize and implement projects and general work tasks.
Give and receive feedback, work collaboratively, exhibit effective social and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adhere to strict safety standards when handling crop protection products in lab and field settings, if applicable.
