Sr./Medical Director - Immuno-Oncology 2048957
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)
Job Overview: Seeking a Clinical Development Professional to strategize, plan, and manage clinical activities for cancer immunotherapy development in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Design early-phase clinical trials for novel cancer treatments, write trial documents.
Assist with clinical site selection and train trial personnel for study success.
Monitor trials, analyze data, and contribute to publications and regulatory meetings.
Build partnerships with academic, pharmaceutical, and patient advocacy groups.
Ensure ethical compliance and maintain disease expertise to support strategic efforts.
Primary Job Requirements:
MD/PhD in hematology / oncology with 3-5 years as Oncology Medical Director in pharma/biotech, extensive experience in IO drug development to market in the US/EU.
Expert in clinical trial design, regulatory standards, and can independently support complex research with minimal direction.
Dual clinical and research background in hematology / oncology, immunology, or immunotherapy.
Strong team player with outstanding communication skills, willingness to travel for project needs.
