





This role provides essential support for event catalog management, focusing on maintaining and coordinating extensive content inventories across major events like re:Invent and re:Inforce. The position is responsible for executing critical weekly content updates between Airtable and mobile/web applications, ensuring seamless information flow across platforms. Working with a substantial volume of content, the role manages over 3,000 events with associated metadata for re:Invent and oversees 2,600+ pieces of content, including detailed coordination with Allocation Owners.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing large-scale content catalogs while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Experience with content management systems, particularly Airtable, is essential for successfully handling the weekly lift-and-shift operations and catalog maintenance. The role requires strong coordination skills to effectively work with Allocation Owners and support speaker communications. This position demands someone who can handle multiple concurrent workstreams, particularly during peak periods such as the re:Inforce catalog build starting mid-March. The ability to maintain precise records, track multiple content pieces simultaneously, and ensure consistent metadata management across thousands of entries is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Own project management of event content catalogs ensuring timely and accurate delivery across platforms.
- Coordinate weekly content updates and syncs between Airtable and mobile/web applications.
- Manage thousands of content records and metadata entries with high accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Allocation Owners, speaker support, and event operations to ensure smooth content workflows.
- Maintain metadata standards, naming conventions, and quality controls across systems.
- Handle multiple concurrent workstreams during peak catalog build periods.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and tool usage.
- Keep detailed documentation of content operations, workflows, and updates.
- Serve as a power user of Airtable, executing complex updates and supporting integrations.
- Align catalog operations with broader event goals and attendee experience priorities.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in content operations or event management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Communications, Project Management, Information Systems).
- Proven experience managing large-scale content or metadata catalogs across digital platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Airtable or similar content/project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, especially during peak event cycles.
- Experience maintaining documentation and process standards across complex workflows.
- Familiarity with event content planning or conference operations is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.24 to $61.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
