We’re seeking a talented Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our innovative Marketing Operations team. In this role, you’ll orchestrate complex campaigns while managing crucial relationships across internal stakeholders, shared services teams, and external partners.

About the Role

As our Senior Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of marketing strategy and execution, managing complex stakeholder relationships while ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality marketing assets. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, allowing you to shape our marketing operations while working with diverse teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

  • Spearhead multifaceted marketing campaigns, managing everything from print and digital assets to out-of-home advertisements
  • Develop and refine project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing department
  • Drive continuous improvement in our marketing operations, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity
  • Oversee project timelines, mitigate risks, and pivot strategies as needed in a fast-paced environment

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with various lines of business to understand needs and align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Coordinate with internal shared services teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and seamless project execution
  • Manage relationships with multiple 3rd party agencies, ensuring quality deliverables and consistent communication
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, creative teams, and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with leadership to prioritize projects and align marketing initiatives with organizational goals

Resource Management

  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across internal teams, shared services, and external agencies
  • Oversee vendor relationships and budgets for external partnerships
  • Monitor project budgets and resource utilization to ensure optimal efficiency

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or related field
  • Proven experience working with various lines of business and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with shared services teams and internal support functions
  • Track record of managing multiple 3rd party agency relationships and vendor partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Professional Competencies

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach teams and build client relationships
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing efficiency-boosting initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Smartsheet
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
