As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
- Works in compliance with API and ISO quality specifications and/or safety systems requirements
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in equipment maintenance
- Experience repairing a variety of CNC/NC machines (Mori, HAAS, DMG, DMF, Heckert, etc)
- Knowledge of CNC Fanuc control & ladder logic
- Have the ability to read and interpret drawings & schematics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Own set of basic mechanics hand tools to work with
