JOB SUMMARY
This is a hybrid position in Dallas, Texas.
The Revenue Cycle Practice Liaison serves as the internal revenue cycle liaison for clinic leadership for assigned clinics. The Revenue Cycle Practice Liaison will (1) communicate revenue cycle performance and develop action plans for metrics not meeting established goals, (2) coordinate efforts to create a consistent registration and financial counseling patient experience at all BSWH clinics, and (3) ensure appropriate controls and tools are in place to monitor performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
- Serve as the internal revenue cycle liaison for local clinic leadership for assigned clinics, responding to stakeholder needs and supporting revenue cycle projects.
- Consult with key stakeholders when issues arise; develop and communicate action plans and provide ongoing updates to all appropriate parties.
- Work with clinic leadership to ensure understanding of revenue cycle processes and metrics. Perform root cause analysis, identify and assess trends, and develop action plans for metrics not meeting established goals.
- Develop presentations and reports to communicate revenue cycle clinic performance to key clinic stakeholders.
- Provide onsite support for key meetings and explain/interpret data and results in key performance areas, as appropriate.
- Coordinate implementation of policies and processes that ensure a consistent, compliant registration and financial counseling experience across all BSWH clinics.
- Draft executive status summaries for various meetings. Document outcomes and track completion of activities.
- Implement audit processes to ensure policies and processes are being adhered to. Develop executive-level reporting to share key findings and next steps. Work with the training department on the necessary curriculum to improve deficiencies.
- Work with clinicians to improve workflows that impact financial outcomes.
- Provide onsite training support, when needed.

- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees - including executives, physicians, and front-line staff.
- Exceptional understanding of revenue cycle technology and processes, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills; Ability to develop processes and controls to ensure expectations are being followed
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to review complex data and to identify trends and put action plans together for improvement.
- Proven understanding of denials and the ability to identify processes that can positively impact outcomes.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage challenging workload and to demonstrate resiliency during stressful or high-stake situations.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
