PURPOSE:
Delivers complex system and data analysis and implements tools and technology for an organization. Maintains various management systems. Build, manage, and sustain systems, data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes. Drives data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams. Drives cross-departmental, and cross-functional team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identifies, analyzes gaps, and documents complex system analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure and business systems and services. Supports business teams by researching and resolving production issues.
- Collaborates with cross-departmental, cross-functional teams, and external partners and vendors. Partners with IT to implement best practices including robotics and automated solutions.
- Performs data collection across multiple systems, applications and business practices. conducts validation activities for system, application and business enhancement.
- Implements new technology, application development, and business services for organizational efficiency. Maintains management of systems, process, procedure, techniques, and tools.
- Drives evaluation of services, products and helps an organization to make a decision on new systems that meets organization needs and goal.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 5 years relevant experience in system/technical analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Advanced knowledge of Facets.
- Advanced knowledge of Enrollment and Billing systems and processes.
- Supports system upgrades which includes requirements gathering and documentation.
- Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
- Knowledge of system or business analysis methods and evaluation criteria.
- Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, Infrastructure, and business systems and processes.
- Knowledge of business or system analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
Salary Range: $77,040 - $153,010
