Overview:
- Manage the real estate closing process, including compliance with contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, and company policies
Closer Skills Requirement:
- Experience providing escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, and refinance.
- Initial closing disclosures, balancing, scheduling, and compiling final closing documents.
Post Closing Requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.
