Leading beauty brand is seeking a Director of Brand Communications for an onsite, full-time opportunity where you will be expected to go into the office 3 days per week.
MUST HAVES:
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, marketing communications and/or brand management
- 5+ years of experience in CPG, beauty and/or personal care
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing brand, content, marketing and/or creative teams
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media tools
- Strong communication, presentation and team building skills
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans that drive brand awareness, customer affinity and foster sales growth
- Develop brand strategies and targeted initiatives to increase traffic, loyalty and retention through paid, earned and owned media channels
- Oversee and drive the brand voice ensuring consistency across all media (paid, earned, owned)
- Leverage data, market insights and marketing tools to develop and execute strategic recommendations
- Manage external agency relationships and cross functional internal teams
