Youth Support Worker
Schedule: Part Time 20-24 hours per week
- Tuesday: 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm
- Wednesday: 4 hour shift
- Thursday: 4 hour shift
- Saturday: every other weekend, 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate:
- $21.22/hour
- $22.28/hour with certified peer specialist certification

Required Skills
- Must be able to establish a rapport and work effectively with a diverse, multi-cultural group of parents, children, family members and other program staff members
- Understanding of and sensitivity to meeting the needs of a neurodiverse population.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Must have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and services are delivered through a social sustainability lens
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- High School Degree/GED
- One year experience working with target population
