• Provide analytical support to internal teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Analyze the financial impact of changes in routing, equipment, carriers, sourcing and product mix.
• Work on projects in a cross-functional team.
• Develop training materials and train others in software applications.
• Perform transportation and logistics cost analysis.
• Resolve system tracking issues and incomplete shipments.
• Collect data and prepare monthly accrual and forecast templates.
• Act as a liaison between customer service and operations for key metric development.

• Bachelor degree in business, supply chain, computer science or related field.
• One year of related work experience.
  Experience with data mining.
• Able to create solutions-based reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work onsite at a customer location.
