The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern will be a strong contributor supporting all areas of the FP&A Team. Looking to hire intern immediately (for January 2025 start date).
What you’ll do:
- Reporting: Maintain and develop reporting to provide leadership with insight into the business.
- Period close: Assist with various responsibilities during monthly financial close process.
- Standard cost: Responsible for maintaining and updating certain aspects of the standard cost process.
- Profitability Analysis: Work with FP&A, Sales, and Product Strategies Teams to interpret and understand financial results for customer and product categories.
- Project Support: Support various areas of the FP&A team with projects as needed.
What you need to succeed:
- Current student with a major field of study in Finance or Accounting. Preferring Sophomore/Junior status.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Ability to work year-round at our Home Office located in Green Bay, WI.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully both independently and in teams.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Demonstrate initiative.
