Position Responsibilities:
- The Customer Capability Manager develops, executes, and evolves a comprehensive and integrated learning and development strategy to drive high-performance, utilizing adult learning principles to build curricula and training materials to promote leadership
- As a Customer Capability Manager, you will monitor, analyze, and report on program results ensuring initiatives are driving program growth while monitoring KPIs to diagnose and address key talent trends cross the company
- You will collaborate with the business to ensure processes are implemented to the needs of the company while evaluating with vendors to customize content to support adoption of training concepts
- You will guide subject matter experts on the design and delivery of the training content in order to determine long-term training plans
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 9 plus specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree
