Wells Fargo’s Global Operations team is seeking a Business Execution Manager to join Lockbox Operations, part of Payment Operations within our Chief Operating Office (COO). Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a functional education strategy designed to upskill and drive consistent execution by leaders and employees across domestic and global Lockbox locations.
  • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for education process optimization/improvement to drive consistency, efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Make day to day supervisory decisions and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleagues.
  • Manage and develop complex teams executing multi-faceted tasks and operations to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the business.
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business and enterprise partners to ensure successful planning, integration, resolution, and measurement of Lockbox Operations
  • Partner horizontally across Payment, Shared Services and Global Operations teams to discover and share best practices and implement holistic solutions where applicable.
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives.
  • Interpret, develop, and successfully implement policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives.
  • Mitigate risk within the operations of work groups and functional areas.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2+ years Leadership experience
  • 2+ years Operations experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience educating, upskilling, and coaching employees (virtual and/or in-person) in a corporate, institutional, or military setting
  • Experience hosting and facilitating meetings and workshops in person and virtually
  • Experience in procedure and workflow development and process optimization
  • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring others
  • Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels​
  • Risk and compliance experience within a large operation environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site at one of the work locations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
