Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT/X-ray Technologist to join our Wisteria Health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing CT, X-ray, and DEXA scans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care in a friendly and collegial medical environment. This role is crucial for providing accurate diagnostic evaluations and supporting the overall patient care process within our facility.

Responsibilities

Perform radiologic examinations, including CT, X-Ray, DEXA scans, while ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and provide appropriate imaging services.
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout the examination.
Maintain equipment functionality by conducting regular checks, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs as necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
Being proficient in placing IV's for contrast injection.
At least one plus years of experience as a CT/X-ray Technologist.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
