We are seeking an entry level Staff Accountant to join our Finance team!
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparation for journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closings.
* Process Accounts Payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy.
* Maintain and update general ledger, ensuring proper coding and documentation of financial statements and reports.
* Assist with compliance with internal policies and procedures
* Assist with audits by gathering relevant information and documentation
* Collaborate with team members on special projects or process improvements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software's
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
